I apologize for taking so long to send this email to you, but I'm sure you understand how hectic moving can be!!
My wife and I want to let you know--and I hope you will share our comments with your boss--how much we appreciate all that you did to help us with the mortgage for our new house. This was the strangest move we've ever made and there were many times that we were not sure we would be able to get into the new house....and then I heard the RP Funding commercial on WDBO. When everything seemed to be falling apart with securing a mortgage for our home purchase, I remembered the ad and sent an exploratory email which you answered. From that moment forward, I KNEW that you were the one to make our dream house a reality. The confidence you exuded over the phone and in the frequent emails we exchanged was truly a morale booster for us. And even at the ""eleventh hour"" as things seemed to unravel, it was YOU who got all the parties together to make our closing happen when it needed to happen--and for that we give you our most sincere thanks. Your ability to get our closing costs reduced to what we had been expecting (and at the last minute, no less) was absolutely phenomenal!! Your knowledge, skill and ability, along with RP Funding's flexibility, are what made it all happen!! And even though I've heard Mr. Palmer offer on the radio a thousand dollars to anyone that your company is unable to arrange a mortgage for, with employees such as you, I don't imagine he's had to pay off very many times, if at all!!
Once again, thank you so very much for all you did for us in securing our mortgage so that we were able to complete the purchase of our new home.
